Marketing Graduate
Full-Time, 23-month contract
Salary: A$71,624 - A$74,800 annually + bonuses
About the role:
lumeni is seeking a bright, detail-oriented Marketing Graduate to support the delivery of client-facing marketing projects across a range of industries. This is a 1.0 FTE position suited to a recent graduate with 1-2 years of relevant experience (including internships) looking to build a career in professional marketing services.
Reporting to and being closely guided by the Assistant Manager, Group Marketing (Projects), the Marketing Graduate will contribute to the coordination and execution of campaigns, presentations, and content across digital and print channels. The role offers exposure to both strategic and creative projects, and involves close collaboration with consultants, designers, and external partners.
This position requires strong organisational skills, clear communication, and a professional approach to managing multiple client needs simultaneously.
Key responsibilities:
Support the development and rollout of client marketing campaigns and brand activations
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for client meetings and reviews
Draft and schedule content for client-owned media channels (eg. socials, emails, websites)
Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to inform campaign strategy
Coordinate with design, copy, and digital teams to ensure timely delivery of client assets
Assist with content proofing, formatting, and brand compliance across all materials
Monitor client campaign performance and support in preparing analytics summaries
Help manage timelines, updates, and internal communications across multiple client accounts
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, media, communications, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience (including university internships)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage time across multiple client projects with attention to detail
Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools
Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and take initiative in a client-facing environment
Solid organisational skills and the ability to follow creative briefs and timelines
It would be great if you:
Have experience in an agency or consulting environment
Are comfortable working across both B2B and B2C marketing projects
Are proficient across several products in the Adobe Creative Suite
Have basic knowledge of HTML & CSS and web development theory
Understand the basics of SEO, paid media, or marketing analytics platforms
Are confident liaising with clients in a professional and friendly manner
