  • If your goals & experiences align with us, our talent acquisition team will reach out and schedule a call. This is your first opportunity to share ideas and ask questions about the role and working with lumeni.

    Each internal team has their preferred interview process; this may include situational and behavioural questions, a short (and we mean short) technical assignment, and, of course, plenty of time for you to ask questions.

  • There are many benefits lumeni offers. This includes very generous leave entitlements, superannuation, and assistance programs, including insurance and personal wellbeing programs.

  • We offer more options than just working from home!

    lumeni adopts a ‘mobile-first’ stance and therefore everyone can decide which location allows them to be most productive and where to work from. You can opt for our headquarters, your home, coworking spaces, or other locations as your place of work.

    At lumeni, this list of ‘other locations’ includes anywhere in the world outside of Sydney, on the condition it does not exceed 183 days per year! How great is that?

  • We love exploring the world ourselves - we also know how much it means to you.

    We offer 6 weeks of paid leave annually for full-time contracts, on top of personal leave, birthday leave, sick days, parental leave, and unpaid leave. You will also receive the option to purchase up to four weeks of additional leave annually. That’s up to 10 weeks each year for you to explore the big wide world!

  • We work independently and have no fixed hours. You are free to choose when (and where) you work!

    Most meetings & appointments take place between 09:00 and 16:00 and if we need you in-person, you’ll be given notice ahead of time

    A full-time job tends to be 40 hours per week, but we don’t like that. If you want more or less time, tell us what works for you and we will help you make it happen.

    There’s only one non-negotiable: work is done on time and to our best standards. Tick that box, and you’re free to roam!

  • We are built on collaboration, innovation, and creativity. As a team, we look for learning opportunities, within ourselves and externally. While we cannot attend every workshop, let us know if there’s an event you think might benefit the team, and we’ll sort the logistics if it fits nicely with our project scope!

    We always seek to promote internal hires and give them the resources and support to thrive in their new roles. However, this support also extends to not expediting promotions too quickly, ensuring everyone assimilates and learns as they also develop and grow!

  • We are human, and so are you. This means ‘performance’ isn’t just numbers and metrics, but rather checking in on your personal goals, reflecting on previous work, and understanding how we can all be better.

    Is there a career goal you have? Maybe you want to be in a certain role after 5 years? That will be your performance metric: what do you need to get to where you want to be within your timeline? Not just hard skills, but soft skills too - our goal is to help you and ensure you don’t want to leave us, ever!

  • At lumeni, our way of working enables you to structure your own work to your own schedule.

    While uncommon, we know there are times when our volume of work is greater than initially planned. Our mutual tolerance is 10% of your weekly working hours, so anything above this threshold will be balanced out with free time at the earliest opportunity
