The Panamera’s front-engine RWD/AWD configuration has been assembled in Leipzig, Stuttgart, and Hannover, Germany, for over a decade. Opposing Porsche’s historically lightweight, two-door rear-engine sports cars, the Panamera focusses on executive luxury, retaining a signature 911 silhouette.

The pursuit of courage is a decision. Porsche’s concept of a luxury executive vehicle with sportscar performance was seen as impossible. It was imperative the redesigned Panamera generation showed this was anything but. With a release campaign featuring sharp, silhouetted angles of the new car, the world could draw similarities with the signature 911 frame and uplifted rear end. Only upon closer inspection would they see the incredible luxury, spaciousness, and comfort in the interior cabin.
